Verifone Configuration

COMPATABILITY

ARC, Payroll supported on the Omni 3740 and 3750 only.
Conversion supported on Zon/Tranz/Omni3200/Omni3740,50 terminals.
Gurantee, Verification supported on Zon/Tranz/Omni3200/Omni3740,50 terminals.
For ARC a check imager is required.
For Conversion, Payroll a check reader or imager is required.
For Guarantee or Verification a check reader is not required.

TERMINAL

This is a single merchant number terminal. Will not hold multiple merchant numbers. The terminal can operate stand alone provided VMAC is running in the terminal prior to download. Check with your supplier if they can load VMAC 1.31 or greater prior to shipping if you intend to operate as a stand alone unit. If credit is installed VMAC will by default be installed already.

PAPER

The paper should be coming off the spool from the bottom into the terminal/Printer. If the terminal feeds paper but does not print reverse the roll. Most thermal paper only prints on one side.

TELEPHONE

The telephone line should be connected to the jack labeled 'LINE' on the terminal. Other devices can be connected to the jack labeled 'TELE' It is advised that the terminal be the first device in line with the phone line.
