The income documents must be no older than 30 days, unless self employed.
From employment:
Use gross earnings amount as reported on their pay stub or bank statement.
Reduce this by any amounts other than taxes, such as support, alimony, or garnishments.
Hourly Calculate by hourly rate times the lesser of actual hours reported or 160 hours for a month.
Salary Use an amount that represents a single month. Do not count overtime, bonuses, vacation time, or sick time.
Must have: Hourly Rate, Pay Period, Hours worked, Issue date, Employee & Employer name

Use income qualifier.
Entitlements: Retirement,SSI, unemployment, or disability may be included provided it is 3rd party documented and shows it will continue to be
payed through the term of the transaction or longer.
Entitlements do not qualify for fasttrack.
Spouse Spouse's income may be included provided living together in the same home. A spouse will have
the same address on their license and last name or a copy of the marriage certificate in lieu of name requirement.
Self Employment Use 1040 line 37 divided by 12 as monthly amount. Include a current business license.
